The project of Dormitory for Cong Thanh Group is located in Nghi Son Economy Zone, Tinh Gia Thanh Hoa. The total area of the project is 14.5ha with the aim of construct living facility for staff and labor of company who works in this area. When complete the project will contain 11 block of 6 stories buildings, 8 ha of low-rise building for company's key person, kindergarten and other living facilities.
